What gets analysed

Five places where revenue leaks, each with a benchmark.

  1. 01 · FUNNEL

    Traffic to second order

Capture, conversion and repeat rate by source and device.

  2. 02 · ONSITE

    Journey, capture, checkout

Customer journey and UX by source and device. Popups by offer and timing. Checkout friction.

  3. 03 · EMAIL & SMS FLOWS

    What exists, what converts

Welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back. What converts, what is missing.

  4. 04 · LIST & SEGMENTS

Who you have, who you never message

Size, growth, engaged share, deliverability, SMS consent.

  5. 05 · LOYALTY & REFERRAL

    Repeat rate and lifetime value

Lifetime value by cohort. Points nobody redeems, referral nobody sees.

  1. 01Your data: Orders, sessions, flows, read-only, last 12 months.
  2. 02A benchmark for your size and category, at each step.
  3. 03Gap × margin: Missing orders, times what an order is worth to you.
  4. 04Shown, not asserted: Every assumption is in the readout.

How it starts

Thirty minutes and three milestones.

  1. 01 · Book a call

Thirty minutes on your numbers, to see whether the audit is worth it.

  2. 02 · Share read-only access

GA4, your store and your ESP. Nothing is changed or sent.

  3. 03 · End of week two, the readout

Sixty minutes with your team: findings, quick wins, the 90-day plan. Then you decide.

Every audit is run personally. The same five gaps show up almost everywhere; the audit shows which are yours and what they cost.

Questions

Before you book.

Is the free audit really free?
For the first three brands, yes, in exchange for a case study you approve. After that it’s paid, and credited if you continue monthly.
Is there any obligation to continue after the audit?
No. The roadmap is yours either way: run it in-house, hand it to your agency, or continue together.
How long does it take, and how much of the team’s time?
Two weeks, with the readout at the end of week two. From you: thirty minutes at kick-off, three logins, sixty minutes for the readout.
What access is needed, exactly?
Read-only access to GA4, your store and your ESP, plus your margin by category. Nothing is changed or sent.
How is each gap sized?
Your data, a benchmark for your size and category, and your margin. The assumptions are in the readout.
What if there is no SMS, loyalty or proper GA4 set-up yet?
That is a finding, not a blocker. The audit sizes what a missing channel is worth before you pay for a tool.
Is it worth it for a small list?
Usually yes: the gaps are the same, the numbers are smaller. If not, that is said on the call.
Who does the work?
Miguel does, personally. No juniors, no handoffs.
