Principles

Three principles behind every project.

  1. 01 · HIGH IMPACT, LOW EFFORT

Every project adds revenue and removes work

The best ideas make the business simpler to run and more profitable at once. Fewer flows, better flows. Fewer tools, used properly.

    • Fewer, better flows
    • Automate the repeat work
    • Revenue per hour of effort
  2. 02 · DATA AS THE FOCAL POINT

    Decisions start from your numbers

Every project starts with a baseline, a target and a dashboard you keep. Revenue per customer, repeat rate and margin after CRM costs.

    • Baseline before build
    • One dashboard
    • Margin after CRM costs
  3. 03 · SURGICAL WORK

Precision over volume, proven by A/B tests

Each project targets one part of the operation that drives revenue, and wherever possible it runs as an A/B test against a control. Winners scale, the rest is dropped.

    • One metric per project
    • Control group
    • Keep the winners

Questions

What people ask before they book.

What does it cost after the audit?
A flat monthly fee, well below a senior CRM hire, sized to how much is built versus guided. Three-month minimum, then monthly. A number is agreed on the call.
How fast do results show?
Capture and cart numbers move within weeks. Repeat rate and share of revenue take a quarter, which is why the minimum is three months.
What if it doesn’t work?
You stop at month three and keep the roadmap, the flows and the tests.
Which platforms does it work with?
Klaviyo, Ometria, Braze, Bloomreach, Attentive, Mention Me, Wisepops, Shopify, GA4, Looker, Power BI and Tableau. Anything else with an API and a segment builder is productive within a week.
Do you get commissions from the tools you recommend?
No. denuo. has no partnerships with any platform and takes no referral fees or commissions. When a new tool is worth it, the recommendation comes from your numbers alone.
Does it work for brands in any country?
Yes. Most work is with brands selling across the EU, the UK and the US. Remote, in English or Portuguese.
Which brands is this not for?
Marketplaces and B2B with long sales cycles. If the fixes are worth less than the fee, that is said on the call.
How much of the team’s time does it take?
Thirty minutes and three logins to start. Then one weekly call and about two hours a month of approvals.
Can it work alongside an agency or in-house marketer?
Yes. The agency or marketer keeps campaigns and content, while flows, capture, segmentation, testing and the numbers are covered here.
What about customer data and GDPR?
Read-only access, no exports of personal data, a data processing agreement before kick-off. EU-based.
What is needed to start?
Read-only access to GA4, your store and your ESP, your margin by category, and someone who can say yes to a flow going live.
